My Story…

Hi! I’m Alicia, and I’m so glad you're here!

Honestly, my journey to a healthy, wholehearted life has been slow, difficult and sometimes painful. But it’s been so worth it!

I’d always assumed my digestive issues, migraines, low energy, skin issues, mood swings, sleepless nights, and hormone irregularity were just part of being a human. After becoming a mom to three boys, I began to care what I was putting in and on their bodies. This spurred my journey of curiosity about all things health and wellness.

When I started trying to improve my health, I only felt worse. I was so confused. It turned out all the health and diet knowledge I’d been absorbing throughout life was incomplete.

I was determined to find a different way.

This led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition , where I studied hundreds of dietary theories and holistic lifestyle coaching methods. This unraveled everything that marketing had ever taught me.  Restricting calories, diets and rules weren’t the answer to health.

The processed foods and chemicals I was consuming were creating inflammation in my body, that was impacting ALL of my health.  I began cooking more from scratch using whole foods.  This naturally “crowded out” the processed foods. After nourishing my mind and body with food it was asking for, I started sleeping better and waking up refreshed.  I began building muscle and soon noticed that my skin was clearing up, my digestive issues were gone, I had steady energy throughout the day, and I experienced a peace with my mind and body that I’d never had before.  Along the way, I started getting to know myself again, and remembered how much I love competing and being an athlete. I found a richer, healthier, vibrant life!

A few fun facts about me…

  • I grew up in Billings and I’ve been a Montana girl my whole life.

  • I’m a bit of a tomboy.

  • The mountains fill my soul.

  • I whole-heartedly believe God created me to be a mama to boys, three of them. The masculine energy in my house is high!

  • Learning and being alone are two things that really fill me up and recharge my batteries. (If I can do either of those things outside it's a bonus!)

  • I LOVE lifting heavy weights.

  • I recently discovered my love for botany! It's been so fun getting to know all the new "friends" in my house.

Everyone deserves to discover the healthiest, happiest, fullest version of themselves.

Is this right for you?

We can decide that together. Let’s chat! I can’t wait to hear your hopes & dreams and talk about all that’s possible.
