Throughout my training, the truth I knew deep down in my gut, has really bubbled to the surface; it was never really about the food. I know, it’s not the silver bullet you were looking for… BUT that’s what I’m here for!
I have studied the core value of what I call PRIMARY FOOD. This encompasses every area of our lives that makes us healthy, happy, well rounded humans. This has been researched and found over and over again to be just as influential to our health -if not more so- than the food that is actually on our plates (SECONDARY FOOD).
Don’t worry, I have you covered on the nutrition front as well! But I’m also here for the possibly more challenging, uncomfortable, but totally life-changing stuff, too.
